Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe on our behalf. We do not store full card numbers. 3-D Secure/SCA may be required.

Methods
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay (where supported by your device/browser). Currency: AUD.

Authorisation & capture
Charges are captured on order confirmation. For made-to-order/framed works, payment is taken upfront to secure materials.

Fraud screening
Orders may be declined, held, or refunded if flagged by our or Stripe’s risk checks.

Chargebacks
If a cardholder disputes a charge, we may ask for information to contest the dispute. Refunds are paused while a dispute is open.

Refunds
Approved refunds go to the original payment method only. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.

Payments via Stripe
We use Stripe to process payments. When you pay, certain data is shared with Stripe (order total, currency, billing/shipping details, partial card info, device info) so they can screen for fraud and complete the transaction. We do not receive or store full card numbers or CVV. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy for details.

Lead times
Unframed prints dispatch in ~2–3 business days. Framed / Artist’s Edition are made to order; build times are shown on product pages.

Shipping & risk
Options and timing are on the Shipping & delivery page. Title and risk pass on carrier delivery scan. Framed works ship insured with signature; no Authority to Leave.

Returns & Australian Consumer Law
Refunds & Returns policy applies in addition to rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Editions
Open vs limited as defined in the Refund & Returns Policy. Certificate of Authenticity for all works. No reprints once an edition sells out.

Colour & materials
Small differences between screens and printed paper are normal. Timber and hand-finished elements vary.

Intellectual Property
All images and content © Heading North. Personal display only. No reproduction or commercial use without permission.
