Shipping is calculated at checkout based on item and size.

Options

Local pickup — Deloraine, TAS
Free. By appointment. Customer will be contacted directly after placing order.

Unframed prints — tracked post
Australia Post or courier. Tracking provided. PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers are okay.

Framed works — insured courier
Full-value insurance and signature on delivery. Street address required. No Authority To Leave.

Dispatch times

  • Prints: 2–3 business days.
  • Framed / Artist’s Edition: made to order. Build time 3–6 weeks, then ship.

Delivery timing (guide)

  • TAS/VIC/NSW/SA metro: ~2–7 business days after dispatch.
  • QLD/WA/NT or remote: ~5–14 business days.

Packaging

  • Prints: archival sleeve, acid-free interleaving, rigid mailer or tube.
  • Framed: corner protection, padded wrap, double-boxed or crated.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed on dispatch. Check spam if missing.

Authority to leave

  • Framed: not permitted.
  • Prints: optional at your risk. Carrier scans are proof of delivery.

Damage or loss

Inspect on arrival. Keep all packaging. Email photos of the item, box, and label within 48 hours. I will repair, replace, or refund per the Refunds & Returns Policy. Framed shipments are insured; I lodge claims on your behalf.

Address changes

Send corrections before dispatch. Redirection after lodgement is not guaranteed.

Combining orders

Prints and framed works may ship separately. This is case-by-case.

International

Not enabled at checkout. For a quote, contact me with item, size, and destination. Duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
