Refunds & Returns Policy

Summary
- Change-of-mind: accepted for unframed prints only, within 14 days, unopened and in saleable condition.
- Artist-framed works and custom items: no change-of-mind returns.
- Faulty or damaged items: we will repair, replace, or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded.
Editioning & authenticity
- Open edition prints: signed, not numbered. Certificate of Authenticity included.
- Artist’s Edition (limited): signed, numbered, Certificate of Authenticity included. No reprints once sold out.
- Artist Proofs: up to 10% of the edition, marked “AP”, not part of the sale edition.
- Variants: a change of size, paper, or rendering is a new edition and labelled “Variant”.
- Replacements: if a limited print is damaged before delivery, we issue a replacement with the same number after the damaged print is destroyed. Damage after successful delivery is not replaced from the edition.
- Returns and editions:
- Change-of-mind returns apply to unframed open-edition prints only when unopened.
- Limited editions, framed works, and custom items are not returnable except as required by the Australian Consumer Law (faulty or damaged).
Change-of-mind returns (prints only)
- Request within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- You pay return shipping. Use a tracked service.
- After inspection, we refund the product price to the original payment method. Shipping is not refunded.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
- Contact us Here within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include order number, a description, and photos of the product and packaging.
- If confirmed, we’ll repair, replace, or refund. We cover return shipping where required.
- Natural timber variations, minor surface marks on protective packaging, or small colour differences between screens and prints are not faults.
Items that cannot be returned
- Artist-framed works, limited editions once opened, and any custom pieces.
- Prints that have been opened, handled, or mounted by you.
How to return an item
- Contact us Here and include a return address.
- Pack the item securely in original packaging.
- Use a tracked and insured carrier.
- Keep your receipt until your refund or replacement is confirmed.
Refund timing
- We process approved refunds within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
- Your bank or card issuer may take extra time to post the credit.
Exchanges
- For faults or damage, we can exchange for the same item where stock allows. Otherwise we refund.
Australian Consumer Law
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Shipping notes
- Framed works: shipped as fragile freight. Inspect the carton on delivery and note any external damage with the driver.
- Local pickup: please inspect on collection.
